For orders over RM120.00, we offer **Free Courier Delivery Service** within West Malaysia. Items will be shipped within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.  

For customers in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, we offer a **Lalamove Delivery Service**. After processing your order, we will contact you in advance to arrange the Lalamove delivery. The delivery will take place on the same day or the next day after we contact you. We provide 100% compensation for any product damaged during delivery. Orders over RM250.00 qualify for an automatic upgrade to Free Lalamove Delivery Service.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any additional delivery costs incurred due to a wrong address will be charged directly to the customer.
